There is a standard annual fee of $60.00 CAD for 1 year for each person or professional whose appointments are to be shown. Interdisciplinary or multidisciplinary programs can be registered for one annual fee if there are a number of treatment or assessment slots available for the program. If there are different types of multidisciplinary programs available at a facility, however, each program may wish to be registered separately so that the different program can be categorized as being different. If each individual or program needs their own separate schedule, then each person will need to be registered separately and the annual fee will apply to each person or program. If you register on the site, you will must complete the registration by using the Paypal button at the end of the registration process. If you are dissatisfied with the site or services, you may withdraw within 30 days and your payment will be refunded. No refunds will be allowed beyond this point in time.
